The Forest Hills Metro District announces the launching of a new website. It was developed with the objective of being more transparent, easier for homeowners to find current information, and easier to communicate with the District.
March 14th, 2021
With the worst of the storm hitting us now and for the remainder of the night, our snow plow contractor is ensuring the main roads are cleared for emergencies. Please know that once this is over, the contractor committed to come back through tomorrow and help clear driveways.
March 12th, 2021
With a major snowstorm predicted to begin Friday – stopping and restarting through Sunday evening, we are working closely with our snow removal contractor on the planning and management of the event. To minimize wear and tear and potential damage to our gates, we have decided to power them down and leave them in the open position for the duration of this storm.

The Forest Hills gates are currently inoperable but open. The repair service has been called.
March 3rd, 2021
Some of you may have seen a report on the local CBS station regarding PFAS contamination identified in a recent study of 400 Colorado communities’ drinking water. FHMD/Riva Chase was cited in the story as one example of a Colorado community with levels that are somewhat higher than others.

The FHMD Board has decided to leave Water and Sewer base and usage rates unchanged for 2021. For your reference and additional information on current fees can be found on our website.
